Please complete the Participant or Auditor Application & the VADACC Liability Waiver (if you have not already this year) in order to participate in this clinic.
Riders must also email a copy of their horse's coggins and USEF vaccination record to: vadacentralchapter@gmail.com.

LUNCH:
Snacks will be provided throughout the clinic free of charge. If you would like to purchase lunch, please include an additional $ to your payment. Lunch will be a Wegman's boxed lunch, which comes with sandwich, chips, cookie and drink.
